Responsibilities
Support the Head of Investor Relations and the Head of Capital Formation on business development and investor relations efforts
Manage the investor CRM / pipeline and subscription processes, including overseeing monthly closes and maintaining data across multiple platforms
Facilitate investor due diligence on our funds, strategies and borrower markets and questions on our subscription process
Work closely with Legal, Finance, Accounting and Operations on reporting, data and fund operations to ensure processes are efficient and timely
Lead logistics for marketing, including investor conferences, bespoke Setpoint events and other programmatic outreach activities
Help craft and communicate the Setpoint Capital story to prospective and current investors, including developing and maintaining marketing materials and other external communications
Participate in the design and launch of any new funds
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in investor relations, structured credit, investment banking or a finance-related role
A bias toward action, including the ability to push projects forward with minimal supervision, and bring an ownership mentality to their work
Superior organization and time-management
Attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability
Preferred
Experience in accounting, finance, real estate or alternative asset management is a plus
Ideally located in New York. Will also consider candidates in Austin
