Project Engineer-F-35 T&E Business Ops Lead-Level 6

Responsibilities
Identifying and addressing issues, risks and opportunities
Interacting with senior program leadership in E&T, Program Management, Finance Management and other key stakeholders
Assisting with VEMO Demand and ETC alignment requirements to maintain staffing plans that support evaluation of future staffing needs for T&E
Providing leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 12 years of experience
Bachelor or Masters Degree
Project or Program Management experience in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment
Expert in Business Operations and Earned Value
Experience working across multiple engineering disciplines, departments, or teams
Experience with SAP, ADAR, GIS, APTS, F-35 Editor tools
Prior team leadership experience
Secret or higher security clearance
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Preferred
Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
Familiarity with Accounting policies, rates and FAR Codes
Experience with 1LMX EV dashboards and VEMO
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent presentation skills and ability to brief senior program leadership
