Accounting Specialist (Entry Level)

Process ACH payments and reconcile incoming and outgoing funds
Prepare daily proof of cash and deposits
Run month-end reports and assist with statistical reporting
Monitor and respond to emails in the accounting inbox
Generate and print checks, ensuring accuracy and quality
Support other department functions as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Banking, Retail, or Financial Services
Education: High school diploma required
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
