The Assistant Video Coordinator is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the Football Technology & Video Department, including video breakdowns, filming practices and games, and managing student assistants.

Responsibilities

Creating opponent and self-scout video breakdowns for offense, defense, and special teams using the Catapult Video system
Weekly video exchange with opponents
Filming practice and games at home and on the road
Producing and filming clinic videos
Managing Undergraduate Student Assistants
Coordinating video setups for special functions including banquets, recruiting weekends, and coaching clinics
Archiving and Organizing media library
Producing various videos for banquets and promotions
Assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of the Catapult Video Server and Workstations

Required

Thorough knowledge of program activity and best practices
Problem-solving skills; multi-task, work with frequent interruptions, and effective listener
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language
Proficiency in the use of basic computer applications relevant to job duties
Must possess an advanced level of various computer software knowledge including but not limited to the following software programs: (Catapult Thunder Football; Ultimate Pro Football Focus; Adobe Premier Pro)
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
Required to hold valid driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies/procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program
This position has been identified as a Mandated Reporter required to report the observed or suspected abuse or neglect of children, dependent adults, or elders to designated law enforcement or social service agencies
