Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and translate requirements into system specifications
Administer and maintain business applications, ensuring stability and performance
Perform intermediate SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate testing plans for new or updated system
Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement system enhancements and integrations
Utilize Microsoft Power Suite tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Forms, SharePoint) to automate workflows and improve reporting capabilities
Provide system support for customer service applications and troubleshoot issues
Assist in developing training materials and educating users on system functionality
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices relevant to system analysis and administration
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of Sys Analyst exp
Intermediate SQL Query skills for data analysis and reporting
Business analysis experience- understanding the business and how IT functions within the business
Experience with technical business analysis that will help understand the overall business functions and how IT works with the business
Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
System administration experience supporting customer service applications
Preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Suite: Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint
