Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to business clients, reaching a target of 75+ calls daily
Manage and oversee B2B collections processes to ensure timely payment and resolution of outstanding invoices
Maintain accurate records of collections activities and payment arrangements
Collaborate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate effective communication and payment negotiation
Monitor and analyze accounts to identify overdue balances and implement appropriate collection strategies
Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Provide regular updates and reports on collections progress to management
Assist in improving collection processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Support remote work operations on Fridays, maintaining productivity and communication with the team
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in commercial or consumer collections, preferably in a high-volume B2B environment
Strong knowledge of collection processes, billing, and credit management
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively
Demonstrated ability to manage a large workload and meet daily call targets
Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate records of collections activities
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and implement effective strategies
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with remote work flexibility
