Responsibilities
Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and maintaining accurate office records
Assist warehouse staff with order selection and processing
Maintain office organization by restocking supplies, assisting with equipment upkeep, and keeping the workspace clean and functional
Coordinate mail and package handling, including sorting incoming deliveries and preparing outgoing correspondence
Ensure logistics and shipping functions are carried out smoothly to support warehouse and distribution efforts
Facilitate order entry and tracking to maintain a seamless flow of operations
Collaborate with team members to address and resolve logistical challenges as they arise
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative and logistics tasks
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and external contacts
Physical capability to handle tasks involving lifting, standing, or moving items as needed
Problem-solving skills to address challenges and identify efficient solutions
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills to meet evolving job requirements
