Required
You're confident speaking on video and explaining things clearly
You like helping people and solving real problems
You can stay organized and focused working from home
You're tech-friendly and can handle basic digital tools
You're legally allowed to work in the U.S
You have a Windows-based laptop or PC and solid Wi-Fi
