Partner with sales and CS to understand business goals
Design scalable solutions based on platform capabilities
Create solution documentation and integration architecture
Stay up to date on product roadmap and capabilities
Conduct discovery and requirements gathering

Collaborate with implementation and CS teams
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of Technical Solutions and/or Integration experience
Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a strong customer focus
Strong relationship-building
Deep understanding of the product and APIs
Strong technical communication
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Knowledge of integrations, data flows, and platform architecture
Collaborative spirit with a bias toward action, efficiency, and continuous improvement
