They are looking for a motivated Real Estate Client Coordinator (Trainee) to support their growing business by making appointment-setting calls, coordinating client communications, and assisting virtual assistants.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to schedule home tours, consultations, and listing appointments
Coordinate calendars between clients and agents using CRM and scheduling tools
Update and manage lead data in CRM systems like Follow Up Boss or kvCORE
Assist virtual assistants with lead follow-ups and appointment confirmations
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to build your real estate knowledge
Support administrative tasks related to client communication and transaction flow

Required

Strong communication skills and comfort with phone outreach
Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Interest in real estate or desire to build a career in the industry
Experience with CRM tools or scheduling software is a plus (training provided)

Preferred

Experience in communications, hospitality management, business administration, psychology or equivalent experience is a plus, but not required
We care more about your communication skills, reliability, and willingness to learn than your formal education background
