The Technical Engineer, Enterprise IT plays a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the systems that power the organization, working cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain endpoint management and configuration systems for macOS, Windows, and iOS devices, using platforms such as Iru (fka Kandji), Intune, and/or Fleet

Collaborate with security to enforce secure configurations and to remediate vulnerabilities across endpoints

Write custom scripts (e.g. Python, Powershell, Bash) to automate IT and security tasks

Provide Tier I/Tier II technical support on complex user issues that require your expertise

Research and evaluate new technologies and configurations to satisfy evolving organizational requirements as we scale

Support knowledge management by creating and maintaining technical documentation and architectural diagrams

Required

3+ years of experience in information technology, with a strong understanding of IT service management frameworks and best practices

Demonstrated experience managing endpoint management solutions

Experience with IT ticketing systems and support workflows

Attention to detail in building out and documenting efficient processes

Ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with Git-based version control

Experience in the financial services industry and/or a rapidly growing startup

Experience working in the Bitcoin space
