Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design for voice-powered features and AI-assisted workflows within our SaaS product
Conduct in-person and remote research with dental professionals to understand clinical workflows, pain points, and opportunities for voice-first solutions
Prototype rapidly using modern design engineering tools, creating high-fidelity, functional prototypes that go beyond static mockups
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define product requirements, interaction models, and technical feasibility
Use a 'Good, Better, Best' framework to iterate quickly, delivering functional solutions while striving for continuous refinement
Translate complex clinical workflows into intuitive voice interactions and AI-powered experiences that clinicians can easily adopt
Work within and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across voice, visual, and multimodal experiences
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design for digital products, with a portfolio showcasing interaction design and innovative solutions
Kind, empathetic, curious, and collaborative, with a user-first mindset and genuine interest in healthcare
Comfort designing for conversational interfaces, voice interactions, or AI-powered experiences (or strong enthusiasm to learn)
Proficiency with tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or comparable code-based design tools. You prototype with code, not just Figma mockups
Comfortable conducting in-person and remote user research with clinicians, translating insights into actionable design decisions
Proven ability to work closely with product managers and engineers, bridging design and technical implementation
Thrives in fast-paced environments, iterating quickly based on feedback and evolving priorities
Strong skills in presenting and articulating design decisions to stakeholders at all levels
Expert in Figma with functional knowledge of front-end technologies like React and Tailwind
