Client Advisor
Compugen Systems, Inc. is an IT service delivery company focused on improving the human experience through technology. They are seeking a results-driven Client Advisor to develop business with existing clients and acquire new customers across the U.S., while positioning their suite of IT solutions and services.
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings
Identify and nurture opportunities in the sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets
Engage with customers to understand their IT challenges, business objectives, and decision-making processes
Position CSI’s full portfolio of technology solutions and services as strategic value propositions
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, OEM partners, and internal teams
Stay current on market trends, industry shifts, and competitive offerings
Update and manage data on the sales management platform (CRM)
Occasionally travel to attend client meetings and company events
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3–5 years of successful IT sales experience
Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Understands the financial and operational impact of IT solutions on client organizations
Naturally service-minded and focused on delivering long-term value to clients
Takes initiative and operates effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
Perseveres through challenges, adapts to change, and remains focused on results
Collaborates effectively across departments, shares insights, and contributes to collective success
Experience with key OEM platforms and selling complex IT solutions (e.g., Microsoft, Dell/VMware, HP, Cisco, Apple, AWS, Lenovo)
