Customer Service Representative (Bank Teller)
Citizens State Bank is seeking an energetic, service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their frontline team. This role involves providing friendly and knowledgeable service to customers, assisting with banking needs, and maintaining compliance with bank policies.

Responsibilities
Assist customers with everyday banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account questions
Deliver excellent in-branch service as the first point of contact for customers
Answer incoming phone inquiries and support customers across all Citizens State Bank locations
Perform accurate data entry, transaction processing, and documentation
Troubleshoot customer issues with professionalism and patience
Uphold all bank policies and compliance practices to ensure customer safety and confidentiality
Build trusted relationships with customers by demonstrating warmth, attentiveness, and problem-solving skills
Qualification
Required
Bi-lingual (fluency in Spanish and English)
Reliable transportation (you will be scheduled in two branches, as a floater between both Ridgway and Montrose communities)
2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced or detail-focused environment
Strong communication skills—friendly, clear, and professional
Comfort learning and using computer systems and banking tools
High attention to detail and accuracy
A genuine desire to help people and make their day a little easier
