Responsibilities
Financial Controls - assuring Programs are performed within specific Program award budgets
Responsible to lead of team of Program Managers
Schedule Controls - that assure on time contract performance with the appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirements
Contractual Submittals - that assure timely production of documents, reports and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements
Customer Relations – Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new customers - Be the face of Valcor to our customer
Other important elements for success are a clear understanding of business, accounting procedures, Quality Assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques and manufacturing procedures
A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques is required
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8+ years of experience managing complex Programs
Demonstrated financial skills
Excellent communications techniques
Thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques

BSME (or equivalent engineering degree)
Advanced degree (MBA or MS)
