In this role, you will create initial connections with clients over the phone to coordinate appointments for solar consultants, with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

Consistent phone calls to potential clients through outbound calls
Deliver a sales pitch over the phone to create appointments for our solar consultants
Identify prospective clients through the database, referrals, and other lists
Participation in ongoing training and coaching with manager and team
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goal targets

Qualification

Sales experienceCRM proficiencyHigh-speed internetProfessional mannerRapport building

Required

Must live in Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Pennsylvania OR Nevada
Able to work remotely while having a quiet, distraction free workspace
MUST HAVE a reliable computer with high-speed internet connection. Computer Specs (At least 8GB RAM is required), Intel i5 CPU Minimum (or AMD equivalent) 2.0ghz Quad core or better
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally
Have a professional manner and be experts at establishing rapport with clients quickly
Be able to validate prospective customer's contact and home information in CRM system while maintaining confidentiality

Preferred

Proven experience in a sales-oriented environment (preferred but not required)
