Responsibilities

Lead development teams to deliver scalable applications within budget and timelines
Implement best-in-class authentication solutions for high-volume transaction systems
Collaborate with Solution and Platform Architects to ensure alignment with design principles
Advocate for platform standards, engineering excellence, and agile practices
Create and maintain development, coding, testing, and automation standards
Coach and mentor team members to foster creativity and technical growth

Qualification

Required

JavaScript and frameworks (Preferred: Angular)
Java
Web application development (consumer-facing preferred)
Spring Cloud or similar gateways, REST APIs
Testing automation frameworks (JUnit, Karma, Ruby, Cucumber, Java BDD, Accessibility Testing)
MongoDB (Preferred: PostgreSQL)
Logging technologies and analysis (Preferred: Splunk, BigQuery, Grafana)
CI/CD tools (Preferred: GitHub Actions, Bamboo, Sonar, Blackduck, Veracode)
Containerized deployment (Preferred: GCP or AWS cloud platforms)
Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML); NIST Identity Standards preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and proven experience designing high-availability applications
