Intellistars ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. The role involves developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and other professionals to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities, particularly children.

Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to behavior management
Provide training and support to staff on behavior analytic principles and techniques
Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Stay current with research data collection methods and best practices in applied behavior analysis
Qualification
Required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Strong background in applied behavior analysis
Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly children
Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results
Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to behavior management

Ability to effectively collect, analyze, and interpret research data related to behavioral interventions
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams
Compassionate approach towards working with individuals with disabilities, ensuring their dignity and respect are upheld at all times
Ability to commute to Greensboro, NC 27401
Ability to relocate to Greensboro, NC 27401 before starting work
