Help define the frontend architecture, elevate engineering standards, and build high-impact user-facing systems that operate at crypto scale
Play a critical role in shaping the frontend direction of our products, from architecture through execution
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with React and Next.js
Multiple production web applications shipped using React-based stacks
Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture
Deep understanding of server-side rendering, hydration, and performance tradeoffs
Deep understanding of state management and data fetching patterns
Experience operating in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
Ability to work on-site in NYC
Preferred
Experience in the crypto / web3 industry
Experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up with strong engineering culture
Familiarity with performance profiling, analytics, and frontend observability
Prior work on consumer-facing products with large, active user bases
