Responsibilities

Lead our employee communications strategy, ensuring messaging is clear, transparent, and consistent across the company
Partner closely with senior leaders to develop high-impact internal communications, including company-wide updates, change initiatives, and sensitive or high-stakes moments
Guide and develop a high-performing employee communications team with high standards and a people-first approach
Anticipate potential issues and manage communications during periods of uncertainty or crisis
Use data, insights, and new tools to measure effectiveness and continuously improve engagement
Coach executives to be confident, credible, and authentic communicators

Required

10+ years of strategic communications experience
5+ years leading teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Ability to simplify complexity without losing nuance in highly technical environments
Thoughtful, confident point of view with the ability to influence at all levels
Deep respect for employees and belief that strong internal communication drives trust and performance
