Responsibilities
Responsible for analyzing training needs, developing curriculum and delivering courses
Coordinate training schedules and evaluate outside resources if applicable
Develop reports for measurement of training needs and results
Develop, implement, and deliver training programs for varying levels of individuals at Holtec
Consult with the managers and supervisors to assess training needs and develop programs to match these needs
Continually evaluate procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculum as needed
Ability to assess needs related to Holtec practices, procedures and produce training programs and materials to target these needs
Leadership skills to effectively direct trainees while in a training class environment and ability to properly evaluate comprehension and application of subject material
Initiative, motivation, creativity and ability to understand many areas of expertise
React positively to changing developments and help lead the way forward to include new developments in training targeted to both new and existing employees
Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management
Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to produce and deliver quality training programs
Develop and maintain support materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in training development or related business field
Knowledge of Windows, Power Point, Word, Excel and similar programs required
Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to produce and deliver quality training programs
Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management
Leadership skills to effectively direct trainees while in a training class environment and ability to properly evaluate comprehension and application of subject material
Ability to assess needs related to Holtec practices, procedures and produce training programs and materials to target these needs
