Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of cases, based on predetermined Key Performance Indicators pertaining to the delivery of quality legal services
Review dockets, draft and upload chronologies to clients reflecting case status from referral through close instructions
Review invoices and request fees and costs through client system
Manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks to ensure tasks are completed within clients’ timelines and expectations
Ensure all internal systems are updated, to include findings, documentation, and recommendations
Exercise a high-degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy and collections requirements (as applicable)
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree required
Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to work independently
Excellent service orientation skills
Strong attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written electronic correspondence
Demonstrated ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
