Responsibilities
Assisting clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and certificates
Handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and care
Supporting Property & Casualty policies (auto, home, general liability, etc.)
Accurately documenting client interactions and policy updates
Working closely with agents to ensure smooth service and follow-through
Helping clients navigate claims questions (no high-pressure sales)
Qualification
Required
Enjoy helping people and solving problems
Are detail-oriented and organized
Communicate clearly and professionally
Are dependable and take pride in doing things right
Want a stable, long-term role with room to grow
Assisting clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and certificates
