Scope, plan, and deliver complex technical projects end-to-end
Collaborating across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
Mentoring junior engineers and promoting engineering best practices

Advocating for engineering excellence and continuous improvement in team processes and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure
Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
Experience with Linux/Unix
Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
Solid understanding of hardware-software interfaces, TCP/IP networking, File Systems, Block Devices and distributed systems
Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, system design, and complexity analysis
Preferred
Experience with distributed systems at scale
