You’ll be the primary point of contact for our highest-value clients - the person they call when they need help, have questions, or want to explore what else we can do for them
You’ll manage onboarding, maintain ongoing relationships, and ensure clients get the support they need to succeed
Your job is to be responsive, resourceful, and relentlessly focused on making sure clients feel supported and successful
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and client service instincts
Ability to learn technical concepts and industry knowledge on the fly
Organizational skills to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Problem-solving mindset - resourceful about finding solutions
Comfortable with ambiguity and learning as you go
No finance background required, but you should be excited to learn about funds
