InternAmerican Management Association is a world leader in talent development, and they are seeking a Graphic Design Intern to support the Creative Services team with production-level design tasks across digital and print channels. This role focuses on execution and learning within established brand standards, with guidance from senior team members.

Responsibilities
Create social media graphics (organic and paid)
Design and update email graphics and layouts
Produce digital ad resizes and variations
Assist with production of print materials such as flyers, ads, brochures, and catalogs
Update existing print templates and layouts
Prepare print-ready files under established specifications
Update and maintain design templates across channels
Prepare and organize assets for production and handoff
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design or related field (i.e. Commercial and Advertising Arts, Studio Arts, Marketing, Web Development, etc.)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Interest in marketing, digital and print design, and production workflows
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S
Applicants who live in the New York Tri-State area
Able to commute to our office in midtown New York
Ability to work 10-15 hours per week for up to six months (may be renewed)
