Responsibilities
Manage large‑scale document review and production typical in class and collective actions
Assist with drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and class certification filings
Support class certification and conditional certification processes, including compiling evidence and tracking opt‑ins
Coordinate notice administration and communications with class members and third‑party administrators
Maintain detailed case calendars, including certification deadlines, discovery schedules, and court‑ordered timelines
Conduct legal research and assist with cite‑checking and formatting filings
Organize plaintiff data, damages spreadsheets, and case‑related databases
Provide general litigation support across multiple active class and collective action matters
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of federal and state rules of civil procedure, especially as applied to class and collective actions
Experience with legal document preparation and document review
Experience managing deadlines and complex case calendars
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts across large cases
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Consistent and recent work history as a litigation paralegal required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification preferred
Experience in employment law or class action litigation is a significant plus
Bilingual skills are a plus
