New GradThe Women's Impact Alliance is a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections. They are seeking a volunteer to create a simplified visual of their Theory of Transformation to enhance communication and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities
Turn an existing slide into a simplified visual of our Theory of Transformation with a reduced copy that clarifies causal relationships for web and other communications
Collaborate with our team to refine messaging and deliver a polished graphic and web-ready image(s)
Strengthen outreach to Catalysts, partners, and funders and increase the organization’s reach and influence
Provide the original slide and be available for feedback and subject-matter guidance
Review drafts, consolidate messaging, and implement the final graphic; specific assets and timelines will be discussed during volunteer interviews
Qualification
Required
Experience in graphic design
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Ability to simplify complex information into clear visuals
Strong collaboration skills to work with a team
Ability to receive and incorporate feedback
Understanding of social impact and women's leadership issues
Preferred
Experience in creating graphics for web and digital communications
Familiarity with nonprofit organizations
Previous volunteer experience in a similar role
