Responsibilities
Delivers supplies, equipment, and packages to customers, obtaining location delivery information
Other duties as assigned
Manages the supply replenishment process, including straightening, counting, picking, and stocking supplies for specific areas
Inspects and accepts deliveries, ensuring products match packing slips and identifying delivery locations
Accurately completes the receiving process in the computer and scans all packing slips into the system per established timelines
Qualification
Required
Critical thinking and analytical mindset
Possesses basic math skills
Pays attention to detail
Communicates clearly and effectively in English. Can communicate directly with delivery drivers
Has computer skills and the ability to use a keypad and keyboard
Can identify, sort and count accurately
Exhibits familiarity with shipping and billing procedures
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize departmental priorities
Ability to process large shipments in an organized manner
High School Grad or Equiv
Preferred
Demonstrated ability to use an ERP system
Understanding of receiving processes and basic materials management
Ability to operate material handling equipment
