Sales Representative
Maitsys Inc. is a fast-growing tech consulting and staffing firm seeking driven individuals to join their on-site Sales Team at their Boston Seaport office. The Sales Representative will focus on new business development, client relationship management, and strategic sales in the tech staffing space, playing a key role in identifying client needs and driving revenue.
Responsibilities
Prospect, engage, and build relationships with decision-makers at companies across the U.S
Understand client hiring needs and work with our recruiting team to deliver top-tier candidates
Manage the full sales cycle – from cold outreach to closing deals and maintaining client accounts
Track activity and performance against weekly and monthly goals
Represent Maitsys’ brand and solutions with professionalism, creativity, and hustle
Qualification
Required
Passion for sales, business development, and building relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilience and drive to hit and exceed targets
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in sales, staffing, or recruiting is a plus – but not required
