Responsibilities
Provide overall management and leadership for the task order, ensuring successful execution of all requirements, deliverables, and performance objectives
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government on all matters related to task order management, performance, and modifications
Oversee and manage task order personnel, including staffing, supervision, performance oversight, and resource availability to meet contract requirements
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure all products and services delivered to the Government meet contractual standards and expectations
Plan, coordinate, and monitor task activities, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all deliverables
Conduct regular meetings with Government and Contractor personnel to review task requirements, performance status, risks, and upcoming deliverables
Identify, assess, and resolve performance issues, risks, and challenges, implementing corrective actions as necessary
Ensure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and reporting requirements, including preparation and submission of required status and performance reports
Provide leadership and direction using extensive experience in competitive grants programs to support informed decision-making and successful program outcomes
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, demonstrating strong verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of government programs in accordance with contract requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and government clients
Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal regulations, policies, and procedures
Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, administrative, and subcontractor personnel
Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success
Prepare and present program status reports, briefings, and documentation to stakeholders
Support proposal development and contract modifications as needed
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
The ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
US Citizenship Required
Experience managing grant contracts within the Department of Transportation required
A bachelor's degree in a business field
10 years direct relatable competitive grants
5 years managing several direct reports
Possesses excellent verbal, presentation, writing, and customer service skills, as well as strong leadership capabilities including personnel management and project/task management to accomplish order requirements
Proficient in using Microsoft technologies such as Lists, SharePoint, and Outlook
Proven track record of successful program delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and grants management systems
Preferred
PMP or equivalent certification
