Responsibilities
Coordinating and managing financial data and documentation in response to state regulatory examinations and filings, including but not limited to Mortgage Bankers Financial Reporting Form (MBFRF) and Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS), within the mortgage servicing industry
Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial and servicing-related data submitted to regulators
Supporting the company’s compliance with all state requirements
Working closely with the Legal and Finance teams
Managing the regulatory response pipeline
Maintaining a deep understanding of Fay’s financial reporting systems and resources
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in financial reporting or analysis, preferably in the mortgage servicing or financial services industry
Strong understanding of state regulatory requirements and financial compliance
Experience with MBFRF, NMLS, or similar regulatory frameworks
Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
