As a Supply & Demand Intern, you will collaborate with the Nuts leadership team to optimize buying and selling strategies and gain exposure to strategic business operations within the Nuts business unit.

Responsibilities
Strong interpersonal skills required
Assess and analyze current market trends across almonds, pistachios, and walnuts
Understand nut basics as it relates to grading and quality for both purchasing and selling needs
Identify strengths and opportunities on how to better utilize shared nuts resources
Lead and participate in ad hoc projects for the nuts private label and global sourcing teams
Achieve ability to form views on optimal times for both buying and selling various nuts
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma is required
Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university, working toward a bachelor's degree, Masters, or MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment is required
Must possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness
Must be self-starter, able to manipulate data to come up with own view
High level of integrity, confidentiality and data protection are required
Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
Preferred
Master/MBA preferred
Benefits
Interns with a permanent address more than 35 miles from the work location are eligible for a stipend to offset relocation and housing costs.
