NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Desktop Support to join our client’s team. The role involves providing technical support for desktops, laptops, and printers, as well as assisting with large-scale IT projects and maintaining IT asset inventory.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support via help desk calls and emails, creating and tracking support tickets
Monitor and resolve support cases submitted through email and web portal
Set up and maintain IT asset inventory
Assist with coordination of large-scale IT projects
Document maintenance activities and support issues
Support local and remote office users with technical issues
Participate in after-hours/on-call support rotation
Qualification
Required
Basic support skills for desktops, laptops, printers, email, and passwords
Ability to wire PCs for VPN access
Excellent communication skills, able to support both technical and non-technical personnel
Technical competence supporting Windows, Mac, hardware, and standard software
Willingness to travel nationally to trade shows and events
Proven time management and organizational skills
