Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and marketing events
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategies
Design and develop a comprehensive marketing dashboard to track, analyze key performance metrics, and conduct A/B testing for marketing success
Monitor, report, and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Assist with administrative tasks and other duties assigned

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
Strong interest in digital marketing, data, and technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Power Automate)
Strong analytical, data forward problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (Marketo, Google Analytics, social media management tools, etc.)
Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Domo, Power BI, etc.)
Proficiency in SQL and/or Python
