They are seeking an experienced Insurance Assistant Risk Manager to manage commercial property & casualty insurance policies and coordinate with brokers while ensuring compliance across their portfolio.

Responsibilities
Manage commercial property & casualty insurance policies from application through renewal
Coordinate directly with brokers on renewals, endorsements, underwriting, and compliance
Resolve stakeholder requests such as certificates of insurance, invoicing, and coverage questions
Maintain insurance data and documentation in RMIS (Microsoft Dynamics–based)
Use Excel (formulas, pivots) to track policies, invoices, and documentation
Support portfolio-wide and master insurance programs across multiple properties
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in insurance risk management, brokerage, purchasing, or property insurance
Hands-on experience with commercial property & casualty insurance
Working knowledge of insurance fundamentals (premiums, deductibles, declarations, binders)
Experience maintaining insurance policies and risk management systems
Strong Excel skills and exceptional organization and attention to detail
Preferred
ARM or CRMP certification
