Responsibilities
Deliver business growth and revenue goals
Lead and participate in different projects, to drive the business growth
Do business coaching for the partners around TikTok LIVE business
Leverage the dashboard and insights to do business diagnose for the business partners
Align the the partnership operation strategies with partners and coach the partners about business operation around creators recruitment and incubation
Align the business goals with partners, and set the project timelines
Identify the ownership internally in the team and externally in the partners, to follow the projects and achieve good results
Hold regular in-person and online meeting with partners to drive B2B conversion
Handle tasks on internal system to drive the progress
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree
2+ years experiences around internet creator economy, like content, advertisement, e-commerce, brand sponsorship, music, gaming, live streaming, etc
2+ years experiences of sales, BD, or other business result driven roles
Experience in partnership management experiences, like agency management, channel partner management, reseller management, etc
Good teamwork spirit, clear logic, priority awareness, passion and a sense of responsibility
Good data interpretation and logic capability, explorative, and self-motivated
Preferred
Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture
Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on driving business parameters forward
Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
