In this role, you will work with internal users to resolve software and hardware issues while gaining valuable experience in IT operations and support.

Responsibilities
Monitor IT environments and act as a first responder to tech-related incidents
Work end user tickets and provide outstanding customer service
Move and setup desks throughout the building
Maintain tech storage rooms
Work towards and present on IT improvement projects to your team
Qualification
Required
Current student graduating between May 2027 – December 2028
Maintaining a 3.0+ GPA while pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or Systems Engineering
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming Language
Basic SQL awareness to be able to write and run basic scripts
Experience with Terraform and DBA
Strong ability to multitask and follow proper procedures
Solid communication skills
