Human Resources Manager
Confidential is currently seeking a dedicated HR Manager to oversee employee records and ensure compliance with personnel record policies. The role involves managing recruitment, conducting new hire orientation, and maintaining employee files in accordance with established regulations.
Responsibilities
Maintain all current and termed employee files and employee health files
Responsible for recruitment, recruiting system documentation, interviewing and onboarding of new staff
Process all background checks in a timely manner and responsibly notify hiring managers of any adverse reports
Conduct new hire orientation and ensure all new hire procedures are completed according to both state and federal LTC/SNF regulatory practices
Interface with VSO payroll and HR Department
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care environment experience
Preferred
Clinical scheduling experience (scheduling nurses, CNAs, etc.)
