Assist with logistics, vendor communication, scheduling, and on‑site execution to ensure a successful event
Coordinate with clients to understand goals, arranging décor and catering if needed, overseeing setup and breakdown, and troubleshooting issues in real time
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
Strong organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills are essential in this role
Internship or experience in previous role that required strong attention to detail
United States Citizenship
Ability to obtain and maintain required DOE and/or NRC security access authorization
Ability to work on-site; this position is not eligible for remote work
