Responsibilities
Empower clients to make the best clinical decisions for their needs
Work alongside a network of passionate professionals who foster growth, learning, and collaboration
Focus on effective treatment rather than just billable hours
Set your schedule to provide the best care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance
Mentor RBTs and BCaBAs, advance into leadership, or expand expertise
Qualification
Required
Current BCBA certification and Licensed Behavior Analyst (where applicable)
Experience working with children or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Passion for behavioral science and commitment to evidence-based ABA practices
Strong communication skills and the ability to empower caregivers and team members
