Responsibilities
Experience in all phases of SDLC including analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment
Experience working collaboratively with developers located near shore as well as offshore on a daily basis
Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise
Implement best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding with regular code reviews
Exposure to Pega BIX, Survey, Robotics Automation would be an added advantage
Qualification
Required
At least 7+ years of IT and 9-12 years Pega PRPC experience with in-depth hands on experience in Pega 7.x/8.x and PEGA SUPPORT
Should be Pega Certified CSSA/LSA in Pega V8.x or above
At least 8 years of experience in banking domain with minimum of 3 years' experience in AML/KYC
Must have experience in industry standard project delivery frameworks including Agile, Waterfall and Scrum
Experience in all phases of SDLC including analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment
Experience working collaboratively with developers located near shore as well as offshore on a daily basis
Ability to create reusable components that can be leveraged across the enterprise
Implement best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding with regular code reviews
Exposure to Pega BIX, Survey, Robotics Automation
Preferred
Nice to have PCBA and PCDC certification
