Leap Stores is a leading Amazon seller that partners with brands to drive long-term growth. They are seeking a Head of Brand Partnerships to own and develop new brand partnerships, focusing on quality relationships and strategic deal-making.

Responsibilities

Own the net-new brand partnership pipeline from first outreach through close, collaborating closely with the founder on deal strategy and execution
Design and refine Leap Stores’ go-to-market sales motion for enterprise and mid-market brands
Re-engage past prospects and long-standing conversations
Identify and prioritize the right brands to pursue (quality over volume)
Develop clear, executive-level positioning and narrative for our partnership model
Run targeted, relationship-led outreach (email, LinkedIn, referrals, affiliates)
Manage long-cycle deal progression and follow-up over 3–6+ month sales cycles, maintaining momentum and clarity throughout
Decide when founder involvement is most impactful in advancing conversations
Track pipeline health and progression in CRM with clarity and discipline
Continuously assess what’s working, what’s not, and adapt strategy accordingly

Required

8+ years of experience in partnerships, growth, revenue, or enterprise business development
Proven experience with long-cycle, high-trust deals (3-6+ months)
Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with full ownership
Experience building pipeline and GTM motion—not just working inbound leads
Strong judgment and prioritization skills
Emotionally steady and persistent without being pushy
Clear communicator who can engage executives credibly
Experience working closely with founders or leadership teams
Comfortable with ambiguity and building without a playbook
