Responsibilities

Support UX Ops initiatives, including maintaining design systems and process documentation
Help organise and manage design system assets in Figma and collaboration tools
Help coordinate team rituals (e.g., critiques, showcases) and ensure smooth communication
Contribute to tracking and reporting UX metrics related to efficiency and adoption of standards
Participate in shadowing sessions with a designer and researcher to learn workflows and methodologies

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Design, HCI, or related field
Basic understanding of UX principles and design tools (Figma, Miro, etc.)
Good organisational and communication skills
