Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and market demands
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and implementation
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product innovation
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features
Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions for improvements
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Provide thought leadership and expertise in capital markets to guide product development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
Proven experience as a Product Manager in the capital markets domain
Strong understanding of financial products, trading systems, and market operations
Excellent leadership and project management skills
Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
