Responsibilities
Provide Functional & technical expertise in the troubleshooting of the Oracle Fusion Cloud
Respond to and resolve priority incidents/tickets. Provide status and process area updates
Validates prioritization and categorization of tickets, changes, and enhancements with the business
Maintain close coordination with IT and business owners and work with leads to balanced workload across resources/Fusion ERP Cloud application
Facilitate user acceptance and validation of functionality with the business
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Functional experience in Oracle Finance Cloud with experience in Support and implementation
Should have hands-on experience in Oracle Account Receivables Cloud Modules, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash managements, Taxations, Country Specific Localizations
Provide Functional & technical expertise in the troubleshooting of the Oracle Fusion Cloud
Respond to and resolve priority incidents/tickets. Provide status and process area updates
Validates prioritization and categorization of tickets, changes, and enhancements with the business
Maintain close coordination with IT and business owners and work with leads to balanced workload across resources/Fusion ERP Cloud application
