Responsibilities

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across their EDI and API integrations using IBM Sterling B2Bi
Support trading partner connections
Maintain EDI maps
Work directly with internal teams, vendors, customers, and suppliers to resolve integration or system-related issues

Required

3+ years of hands‑on EDI experience (preferably IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (B2Bi))
Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across both EDI and API transactions
Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and key transaction sets (850, 810, 856, 997)
Experience beyond just EDI — must have ability to troubleshoot ERP system issues (preferably Infor M3 CSDE and JD Edwards E1)
Hands‑on API experience: REST, SOAP, HTTP POST/GET, JSON, XML
Proficiency with communication protocols: AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, VAN, API gateways
Strong root‑cause analysis and troubleshooting skills across EDI, API, and ERP flows
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
