Responsibilities
Design and deliver sales training programs focused on product knowledge, selling skills, and industry trends
Serve as a subject-matter expert on Philips Diagnostic Imaging solutions, including features, benefits, and clinical use cases
Lead onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing sales representatives
Provide one-on-one coaching, including ride-alongs and real-time feedback during customer engagements
Collaborate regularly with Director of Learning and Development and leadership to align training initiatives with business priorities and sales strategy
Gather and share competitive and market insights to support effective positioning
Assess training effectiveness and deliver actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Monitor and manage LMS utilization, course completion, and reporting; curate and maintain learning content
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with Bachelor's degree and or 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree in sales training or enablement ideally within medical devices or healthcare
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Healthcare or a related field
Strong organizational, coaching, communication and presentation abilities
Ability to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and willing to travel 30% or more nationally
Preferred
Advanced degree preferred
Experience using or administering a learning management system (LMS) is preferred
Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging technologies and healthcare sales environments is preferred
Preference to live near a major airport or Cleveland (not required)
