Required

15+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Modules (Order to Cash, Demand to Build, Inventory Management & Procure to Pay)
Experience in regulated industry and Process Manufacturing (Oracle OPM) strongly preferred
Ability to lead discussion with customer's business stakeholders and understand functional & Technical issues
Experience in working in complex integration technical landscape, working with multi vendors and geos
Experience in working 24 X 7 support model – Working with Offshore teams
Experience in managing critical system issues under time pressure
Ability to lead and guide onsite & offshore team
Excellent communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to present weekly status report to customer
Work location will be Albany, NY and all-day work from customer office is mandatory
Oracle Supply chain and manufacturing – High

Exposure to third party logistics company (3PL) interfaces - High
ITIL processes - High
Exposure to service now ITSL tool - Medium
