Responsibilities

End-to-end payment processing workflows

Host-to-Host (H2H) and SWIFT channels

Deep experience with legacy formats such as IDOC and EDIFACT

Strong working knowledge of ISO 20022 and GFF, including mapping and migration work

Ability to interpret and translate complex file specifications and payment instructions

Strong analytical skills for field-by-field mapping between client files and internal standard formats

Experience creating and maintaining detailed mapping requirement documents and data dictionaries

Familiarity with structured and hybrid address fields, and compliance requirements (e.g., CBPR+)

Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Technology, and Implementation/Migration teams

Experience gathering requirements from clients and translating them into actionable technical specifications

Resourcefulness in working with obsolete or poorly documented formats

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mapping or data translation issues

Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder updates

Experience preparing business and technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
